We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs, a slower-growing grazing breed that thrives on mixed pasture and sunshine. Our pigs are rotated frequently and fed a non-GMO, corn- and soy-free diet, producing deeply flavorful, nutrient-rich pork with marbling you can taste.
Traditional shoulder-cut bacon, naturally cured with no added nitrates, then smoked for rich, meaty flavor. Leaner than belly bacon but equally satisfying.
