We raise Katahdin/White Dorper hair sheep. These breeds produce a delicious, mild flavored meat superior to conventionally raised lamb. Our sheep live outside, rotated frequently on fresh pasture, and are provided free choice minerals to ensure proper nutrition. This is a nutrient-dense meat.
